The Role

This position is based in Jacksonville, FL and reports directly to the President. The Project Scheduler will create, maintain, and monitor construction project schedules, coordinating with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing timelines, tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and ensuring resource availability. The role also involves managing submittal registers, transmittal logs, and coordinating critical submittal dates with the project schedule, accounting for review and lead times.

This is also an opportunity to expand your experience with AI to formalize SOPs and analyze and implement process changes for the entire organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating construction project schedules
• Willingness to adopt emerging analytics tools
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (minimum of 2 years experience)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
