Skills Required:

  1. Demonstrated history of good negotiation skills.
  2. Demonstrated history of Construction Project Management and Maintenance experience
  3. Primary Computer Tools will be Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as Salesforce, to be introduced later.
  4. Very Organized
  5. Good with basic math calculations: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Averages, Percentages
  6. Works Well in a Team
  7. Reliable
  8. Good Communicator

Duties to Include, but not limited to:

  1. Seek competitive quotes and manage CAPEX Projects to improve the facility, including Concrete, Building and Grounds improvements.
  2. Process Purchase Requisitions, including Consumables, Construction Materials and Spare Parts (except the Beams and Billets used for manufacturing our finished products).
    1. Help the Supervisors and Managers to Seek best price, delivery and quality for all purchases
    2. Track order status
    3. Verify quality, quantity and delivery of purchases
  3. Supervise the Housekeeping and Security personnel (approximately 5 employees)
  4. Manage tooling, process materials and process by-products
