Construction Superintendent (Gym Buildouts Southeast US)

A rapidly expanding fitness franchisee is seeking a Construction Superintendent to take charge of ground-up gym construction projects across NC, SC, and GA.

🏗️ You’ll be the on-site expert managing subcontractors, interpreting plans, owning timelines, and ensuring nothing gets missed — from pre-con to punch list.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years experience leading commercial construction sites

• Strong subcontractor coordination and project planning skills

• Confident interpreting plans & using construction software

• OSHA 30 certified

• Willingness to travel + remain onsite for project durations
