Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Running commercial construction projects
  • Supervising your own jobs with strong leadership skills
  • Ground up experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Successfully completing projects on time and on budget

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
  • 5 years of experience running projects up to $1 million
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Understanding of shop drawings
  • Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $80-100K
