Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Running commercial construction projects, i.e., warehouse, car dealerships, retail, pre-engineered buildings, industrial, truck dealerships
· Supervising your own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Ground up experience
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Successfully completing projects on time and on budget
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
· 5 years of experience running projects up to $1 million
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Understanding of shop drawings
· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $80-110K
