Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Seeking Superintendent experience with multi-family construction
  • Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
  • Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience
  • Ground up and renovation experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A 4 years degree in Construction Management preferred
  • Direct experience in preferred fields
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Understanding of shop drawing
  • Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $90-120K
