Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Supervising residential construction
  • Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Experience with projects in residential or multi-family construction
  • Experience working with CMR would be preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million

Salary Range: $65-100K
