Construction Superintendent - Multifamily - Charleston

Annual Salary: Up to $70k +/- , Plus Incentives, Excellent Benefits, 401k and a Generous PTO Program

(Depending on Experience Level)

The Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, as well as tracking all aspects of the progress of the construction project. It is also the responsibility of the superintendent to ensure the construction project remains profitable and on schedule. This position will be focused solely on upcoming multifamily new-construction projects.

Travel Requirement: Light to moderate

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience
• Software: MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam Revu (Take-off software), Bonus: Viewpoint

Education:

• High School Diploma with a college degree preferred.

Other:

The superintendent should have proficient computer skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and must be knowledgeable in terms of construction rules, regulations, permitting, inspections, and all other aspects of multifamily construction projects.
