Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction supervision, with specific experience in high-end interior finish work. Superintendents at our company play a critical role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management staff to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of high-end interior finish work.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• OSHA certification preferred.
