Construction Project Manager/Superintendent (Big Island)

Construction company with a municipal structure contract $17 million contract with the State of Hawaii on the Big Island South Point, Kau area.  The position will need someone with a lot of sub-contractors experience.  The right person will have a lot of experience pushing and working with Sub-contractors to make sure they are on time and meeting specs.  The position will pay 110k or so plus a house will be made available as well as a company truck. This contractor does a lot of municipal city and county and State contract work as well as commercial building so there is an opportunity to have other contracts to work on as well. This is a well established local company with a lot of experience in Hawaii so this could be a good long term employment opportunity.  They are looking for someone that has the right personality to hold people accountable but at the same time be fair and straight so that long term relations will be in place for future business.
