Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Experience managing projects in the general construction industry, with HVAC experience
• Experience in a self-perform environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• At least 5 years of direct experience as a construction Project Manager
• Must have experience with projects up to $17 mil
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft
• OSHA 30

Salary Range: $110-140K
