Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Managing construction projects in commercial and residential industries
  • Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Must have 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with projects in commercial, public works, residential
  • Experience working with CMR would be preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million

Salary Range: $85-120K
