Our client, a construction contractor that is located in Atlanta, GA. and specializes in luxury residential, commercial, industrial and tenant improvement with a strong emphasis on concrete construction is seeking a Project Manager.

Project include:

• Driveways & Walkways
• Patios & Carports
• Stamped & Decorative Finishes
• Break Up & Re-pour / New Pour / Repairs
• Foundations
• Retaining Walls

Responsibilities Include:

· Meet operational objectives
· Organize and manage crews and subcontractors to maintain job flow and schedule
· Assist in job permits and design planning, following all protocols
· Attend all pre-construction and job planning meetings
· Willingness to be on call during rotations for off-hour emergency services
· Maintain daily communication with client, crews, and Production Coordinator
· Strong understanding of all job scopes and documents
· Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment to retain and attract top talent

Qualifications:

· 3+ years in restoration or construction industry
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Blueprint reading skills

This is a Temp to Perm position with a salary of $ 50K plus excellent benefits
