The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial construction projects while maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering successful project outcomes.
You'll work with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to plan, coordinate, troubleshoot, and execute projects from preconstruction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects valued at $2 million and above
- Review and understand plans, specifications, shop drawings, contracts, and other project documents
- Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules and budgets while monitoring performance
- Meet with clients to understand project needs and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions to keep projects moving forward
- Oversee projects from ground-up construction through renovation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a construction professional who has project management experience with strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and a desire to grow.
You should have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or multi-family construction industries
- Experience managing projects valued at $2 million or more
- Ground-up and renovation construction experience
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and make effective decisions
- Understanding of shop drawings and construction documents
- Proven ability to maintain project schedules and budgets
- A 4-year degree in Construction Management is preferred
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and desire to advance with a growing company
