As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Quality & Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct site inspections and address any quality or safety issues.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues and risks. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage change orders. Ensure accurate financial reporting and accountability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the development of new processes and strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Desire for professional growth and advancement within the company.
