Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and a passion for leadership and team development. Project Managers at our company have the opportunity to build their own business centers and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Mentor junior project management staff for career advancement.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Field experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
