What You'll Do
As Construction Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through completion. You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to coordinate schedules, budgets, documentation and day-to-day project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing commercial, public works and residential construction projects
- Support projects ranging from approximately $5 million to $10 million
- Coordinate with Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors and customers
- Help monitor project schedules, budgets and overall project performance
- Maintain project documentation and ensure information is communicated effectively
- Assist with project coordination and issue resolution
- Provide strong attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle
- Help ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience in construction
- Experience with commercial, public works and/or residential projects
- Experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) preferred
- Direct experience managing projects in the $5 million–$10 million range
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
- Proven ability to work effectively with field teams, subcontractors and customers
