Construction Project Coordinator

The Coordinator will work directly with the Business Development team in one of our divisions.
Duties will include the following:
  • Scheduling and coordination for large national and regional builders.
  • Communicating with builder superintendents
  • Downloading PO’s
  • Processing paperwork for installation
  • Ordering materials for the jobs
  • Inputting the data into work orders.
  • Filing claims for manufacturing defects
  • Assisting A/R with the application of payment, invoicing, and check reconciliation.
  • Base Salary $45's to $60k plus Benefits
