Requirements:

  • MUST have basic construction permitting and/or project management experience or education
  • Stellar time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and manage competing priorities
  • Enjoy working independently as well as with a team
  • Competent with technology, software, and specifically Excel
  • College degree (associates or bachelors)
  • Understanding of Sketchup, Kaizen, GGOB, or GTD
  • Need to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the schedule, the budget and the issues and risks of the project.
  • Make sure the project is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
  • Communicate with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
