Requirements:
- MUST have basic construction permitting and/or project management experience or education
- Stellar time management and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and manage competing priorities
- Enjoy working independently as well as with a team
- Competent with technology, software, and specifically Excel
- College degree (associates or bachelors)
- Understanding of Sketchup, Kaizen, GGOB, or GTD
- Need to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Coordinate the schedule, the budget and the issues and risks of the project.
- Make sure the project is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
- Communicate with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
