Construction Project Coordinator - Charlotte, NC

Our client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience.

• Daily communication with Project Manager, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
• Assist PM’s with permits and project billings and budgets
• Maintain subcontractor certificate of insurance and lien waivers
• Assist in the bidding process
• Process AIA Billings
• Process all Change Orders and Purchase orders
