Construction Project Coordinator - Raleigh, NC
We are seeking A project assistant to provide support in executing projects.
Essential duties and responsibility of the Project Assistant:
- Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Creating reports and proofreading documents
- Collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right personnel
- Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management
- Other duties as assigned by Project management and Administration
Education and Experience Required:
- College experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project In particular)
- Experience in Construction field or office
- Familiar with Plans and Specs (O&M Docs)
- Know Trade separation, can read and translate specs
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to pay attention to detail and problem solving
- Good communication skills
Salary: $42,000.00 to $58,000.00 /year
