REQUIREMENTS:

• BA required
• 5+ years experience in the construction industry
• Organized, diligent, meet deadlines
• Experience turnings a large quantity of data
• Preferred Experience: Quickbooks, Sage 100 e.r.p., MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit owner billing monthly
• Prepare Subcontracts for Subcontractors
• Review and enter subcontractors pay applications
• Pay all vendor invoices with subcontractors and vendors regarding insurance, lien waivers, and payments
• Prepare and maintain monthly accounts receivable reportsProcess accounts payable invoices
• Customer billing using AIA G702/G703 pay applications as well as lien-waivers, Accounts Receivable,
• Support multiple Project managers as well as supervising field office personnel
