Construction Management Leader
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Summary:
We are searching for a highly visible construction management leader to play a key role in representing the developer and “bridging the gap” between ownership/development, the projects and the General Contractors. This is a new growth created role and will be instrumental in helping grow the construction management platform, will head up and lead all aspects of multiple high profile projects ($300M-$400M+) across the entire life cycle… working with development in concept, through identifying and managing the GC, construction management, close out and delivery. These are very exciting institutional quality, class A ($60M-$200M each) multifamily, student housing and build-to-rent projects across multiple states and markets.
