Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Supervise heavy/highway construction sites
· Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 3-5 years direct experience in heavy/highway construction industry
· Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
· Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
· Experience with self-perform projects
Salary Range: $22-28/hour
