- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
- Optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
