Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving strategies
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks
• Optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
