Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Managing all commercial construction estimating and bid process

· Management of construction take-offs

· Ensure accurate bids and take-offs

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· 5 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent communication skills
