Construction Director - Non Profit
A mission-driven nonprofit homebuilder is hiring a Director of Construction to lead its most ambitious growth phase yet. Against aggressive multi-year production targets, this leader will oversee a sizeable construction team, manage the integration of non-professional and community labor central to the organization's model, and drive cross-functional alignment across construction operations, fundraising, and program services. A landmark multi-home development project is currently in pre-planning and will be a defining initiative for this role.
This is a builder's role. The incoming director will redesign the systems, processes, and leadership pipelines that existing operations can no longer sustain — and leave a lasting imprint on affordable homeownership in an urban American community.
