Construction Accountant /Bookkeeper - Arlington, Tx area
Our client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with Construction industry experience.
Duties:
• Prepares and submits AIA billings for multiple jobs & standard invoices monthly on a strict deadline basis
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Process Payroll
• Monitor Job Cost & provide reporting to management & project managers
• Update & maintain various spreadsheets
• Construction experience including knowledge of Lien Releases and Collections
• 5 or more years of experience
• Notary Public a plus
