Consolidations Accounting Manager
Location: Bridgewater area
Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Salary to $160K plus bonus
A leading global organization in the life sciences sector is hiring a Consolidations Accounting Manager to oversee global financial consolidations and reporting across entities. This role is ideal for a CPA or technically strong accountant with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and global collaboration. Some travel (5-10% domestic and international).
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Lead monthly/quarterly global financial consolidations and reporting across entities
• Prepare top-side journal entries and consolidated financial statements
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and roll forwards (PP&E, equity)
• Support consolidated cash flow reporting
• Drive close process improvements and internal controls
• Partner on accounting projects (e.g. software enhancements, new pronouncements, M&A)
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Some travel is required (5-10% domestic and international)
✅ What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 4+ years in accounting/financial reporting (Big 4 and/or industry)
• Strong grasp of US GAAP/IFRS and consolidation principles
• Experience with global, multi-entity environments
• Proficiency in financial systems (OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS)
