Peskind Executive Search is representing a private equity–backed, mission-critical vertical SaaS company serving state and local government customers. The business is a market leader with ~$20M+ ARR, ~30% margins, and strong recurring revenue/retention, positioned for its next phase of scale and value creation.

The Role
Seeking a hands-on, commercially driven CEO to lead growth, professionalize operations, and scale a disciplined go-to-market engine. This leader will partner closely with the Board to drive ARR expansion, optimize pricing/packaging, and execute on strategic initiatives including product evolution and potential M&A.

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership of a vertical SaaS business (CEO/President/GM)
  • Strong public sector GTM experience (state/local gov)
  • Track record scaling $15M–$40M ARR businesses
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing, and recurring revenue models
  • Operator mindset—driving execution, accountability, and team performance
