Portfolio Manager – Luxury Condo/Co-op Properties NYC

Outstanding opportunity with a premier real estate firm and market leader in New York City! We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a select portfolio of ultra-luxury condo, co-op, and rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations for a portfolio of luxury condo, co-op, and Class A rental properties, ensuring an exceptional resident and board experience.
• Act as the primary liaison for boards, unit owners, and shareholders, maintaining clear, proactive, and professional communication at all times.
• Supervise union staff (32BJ), vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations, safety, and building maintenance excellence.
• Manage property financials, budgets, and capital projects, maintaining both operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with third-party leasing partners and oversee tenant and resident relations for approximately 300 rental units.
• Ensure compliance with rent stabilization regulations where applicable.
• Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to uphold the company’s strong reputation for excellence and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5+ years of experience as a Property or Portfolio Manager overseeing NYC condo/co-op properties—no exceptions.
• Proven experience managing union labor (32BJ).
• Strong working knowledge of both mechanical systems and financial management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with everyone—from high-profile residents and board members to building staff and vendors.
• Professional poise and confidence when working in ultra high-end residential environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple priorities with composure and professionalism.
