Partner with corporate teams on visual merchandising, assortment planning, and operational standards.
-
Analyze trends, manage inventory, and keep shrink low through smart processes and leadership.
-
Lead team communications, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to develop future leaders.

Take part in all aspects of store management—from scheduling and payroll to opening/closing procedures and compliance.
-
Set the tone: build an empowered, customer-first culture that reflects modern luxury values.
What You Bring:

5+ years in a luxury or premium retail environment, with proven success in store or concession management.
-
Strong background in team leadership, people development, and customer experience excellence.
-
Full confidence with retail operations, payroll, inventory, scheduling, shrink control, and CRM systems.
-
A proactive, organized mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit—you’re ready to own and grow your business.

French language skills are a plus, but not required.
Why This Role:
-
Launch a new location with the backing of a globally respected luxury brand.
-
Thrive in a high-profile retail environment in the heart of Chicago’s luxury corridor.
-
Make a tangible impact while gaining exposure to cross-functional and strategic retail leadership.
