Senior Enterprise Architect (ISR & Defence Networks)

Job Description

Location: Ottawa, ON. On-site. Travel may be required.

Compensation: Expected hourly rate of $85.00 - $95.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, security clearance, and final contract pricing.

Scope of Work / Tasks

Provide senior-level enterprise architecture expertise supporting the design, integration, and delivery of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities within a complex defence environment.

• Develop and deliver enterprise architecture solutions supporting ISR federated networks.
• Design and integrate enterprise-level solutions supporting Full Motion Video (FMV) capabilities.
• Support enterprise data integration across multiple systems and platforms.
• Develop architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
• Participate in architecture governance, technical reviews, and design sessions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support secure, scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support complex defence modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout project planning, implementation, and delivery.
• Support enterprise architecture activities aligned with operational and business requirements.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, and project briefings.

Mandatory Qualifications

M1

The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years of Enterprise Architect experience, including a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience developing and delivering ISR federated networks, including:

• Full Motion Video (FMV)
• Data integration
• Experience working with the United States Air Force (USAF).

M2

The proposed resource must possess a valid Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
