The Contractor shall provide up to three (3) senior-level IT resources to deliver second- and third-line systems administration support for INS-managed classified environments.
Activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support for enterprise infrastructure and application services supporting classified networks;
- Administering and supporting virtualized infrastructure platforms and associated compute, storage, and virtualization services;
- Performing lifecycle management activities including installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, backup, recovery, and decommissioning;
- Supporting enterprise identity, directory, and endpoint security services;
- Conducting technical analysis and providing recommendations related to performance, capacity, availability, and security;
- Participating in technical meetings, change management activities, and service transition efforts;
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and reports in support of operational requirements.

The Contractor resources shall perform tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
- Provide second- and third-line technical support for enterprise infrastructure, platform, and application services supporting INS-managed classified environments;
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise virtualized and/or hyperconverged infrastructure platforms, including associated compute, storage, and virtualization services;
- Perform lifecycle management activities including installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, patching, backup, recovery, and decommissioning of systems and services;
- Support enterprise directory, identity, access, and endpoint security services to ensure availability, compliance, and operational effectiveness;
- Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability, and provide written analysis and recommendations to the Technical Authority for optimization, scaling, or remediation;
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting infrastructure and platform services, coordinating escalations and corrective actions as required;
- Conduct technical impact assessments of proposed changes, upgrades, or new implementations in accordance with approved change and configuration management processes;
- Participate in technical meetings, working groups, and service transition activities, providing subject matter expertise and advice;
- Develop, maintain, and review technical documentation including operating procedures, configuration records, diagrams, and reports in support of operational and lifecycle requirements;
- Liaise with departmental technical groups, integration teams, and stakeholders to support service delivery and system sustainment.
