Job Description
TASKS
The specific tasks required to accomplish the scope of work may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze Website information architectures as required
- Conduct work sessions with client groups to identify, define and consolidate and website requirements and service delivery processes
- Develop requirements documentation for the WCMS and other mission critical applications.
- Analyze current web environment – website designs, roles and responsibilities, current procedures, workflows, data types, and file formats.
- Develop training materials required to support WET4 implementation and upgrade to the new vendor platform
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation of the results
- Analyze requirements against WET4 templates to determine gap and determine options
- Attend and organize meetings on a required basis.
DELIVERABLES
The specific deliverables required to support the tasks described may include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Business Requirements
- Use cases
- System Requirements
- Test Cases for UAT
- Create/Manage Product Backlog items in DevOps
- Client Acceptance Testing Result Logs
- Identify key concerns and opportunities based on a review of the website or application
- Progress status report on each site and application
- Optimize user experiences by recommending enhancements to the information architecture;
- Provide guidance and advice on usability best practices; and Knowledge transfer
LANGUAGE OF WORK
The language of work and correspondence will be in French and English.

M1 The proposed resource must have a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a recognized Canadian post- secondary institution and must demonstrate, substantiate and describe they have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in all the following: • Emulating or reproducing technical problems encountered by users • Collecting, organizing and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by others • Verifying accuracy and completeness of work performed • Serving as a user support liaison between vendors, information systems technicians, and end-user departments Providing business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties |

M2 The bidder must demonstrate the proposed resource has a certification as a Business Analyst and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). A copy of the certifications must be provided in the bid proposal documents. |

M3 The bidder must demonstrate, using project descriptions that the proposed resource has written requirements for the development of components used on the OpenText Teamsite product formerly known as Interwoven for a minimum of 3 (three) years. |
