Job Description
Task
- Work with the developer team to iterate on and improve the functionality and operation of the Hangar software leveraging Agile software development practices;
- Ensure onboarding and feature requests from members at all levels of the organization are routed to the product and development teams to continue to grow and scale Hangar. Onboarding and features will be prioritized in consultation with the Technical Authority (TA), based on RCAF strategic priorities. New features will be executed on following an agile delivery model;
- Maintain professional and responsive support to requests for modification to deployed software from users at all levels of the organization between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST or as mutually agreed upon with the TA;
- Escalate any Cloud outages incurred during regular business hours or after hours, that cause the unavailability of the application, to the appropriate Joint Defence Cloud Project (JDCP) representative, as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Call Trees. The Call Trees containing contact information will be provided after Contract Award;
- Provide support as required by the TA within the scope of the contract.
Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience within the past 5 years of providing operational support to the Hangar Application.
