Database Analyst / Information Management Administrator, Level 3
- Identify 7CG Civ HR’s requirements for improvement to the new database system.
- Define and implement the 7CG Civ HR new database structures, including tables, relationships, and data integrity rules, and ensure it aligns with the defined requirements.
- Define and finalize data conversion strategy and specifications, focusing on transferring and unifying or consolidating existing data from spreadsheets or other sources into the new database.
- Work very closely with 7CG Civ HR to maintain and safeguard the database, with focus on analyzing and documenting existing challenges - including inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and limitations in current platforms.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data stored in the database. This includes establishing protocols for technical support, regular updates, and system maintenance to promote long-term reliability and performance.
- Mediates and resolves conflicts among 7CG Civ HR’s needs for data requirements, specifically creating intuitive dashboards, forms, and reports that facilitate efficient data entry, and visualization.
- Advise 7CG Civ HR about the efficient use of data to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct testing, training personnel, and ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new database system.

M1 |
The Bidder’s proposed resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Database Analyst / Information Management Administrator. |

M2 |
The Bidder’s proposed resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on the following: - Database Design and Modeling; - Data Quality Management; - SQL proficiency; - Data Conversion & Migration; - Reporting and Visualization; - Backup and Recovery; and - Documentation and user engagement. |

M3 |
The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing and implementing database applications in multiple environment multiplatform. |

M4 |
The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT projects and customer support. |

M5 |
