About the Compliance Temp Opportunity:
We are looking for a temporary hire to provide support to our Compliance Department with the following:
• Quarterly employee certification process
• Employee personal pre-trade clearance process
• Analytical monitoring of securities, transactions etc. for exemptions
• Procedural or process reviews and testing
• Assisting in data compilation for the Compliance Department
• Assisting in special compliance related projects
About you:
• Previous Compliance experience or knowledge of our business (securities etc.) would be a distinct plus
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Proven detail orientation and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in audit/accounting would be a plus
• Analytical skills and good communication skills
• Team orientation and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
• Be able to work from to work from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If preferred, we can accommodate a 7:30 a.m. start time but no later due to trade preclearance duties.
