Compliance Specialist

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Audit records, monitors contractor compliance, ensures timely payment to subcontractors
• Investigate non-compliance violations, disputes, and contractor status with diversity programs, recommend resolutions.
• Proficiency with RFPs, contracts, payment terms, procurement processes
• Excellent communication skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with critical thinking and a high level of attention to detail
• Prior experience with construction processes and documentation

Salary Range: $75-85K
