The GRC Executive is searching for a skilled and motivated Compliance Analyst for a financial institution in Puerto Rico. This position is vital in maintaining the institution’s compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic and tech-forward financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to local and federal regulatory requirements.
- Support internal compliance audits and prepare documentation for regulatory examinations.
- Implement and maintain BSA/AML, OFAC, and KYC compliance frameworks.
- Contribute to policy development and deliver compliance training across departments.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes, especially in digital banking and fintech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial services or banking compliance.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, FDIC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
