Salary: $275,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all facets of case preparation and litigation strategy.
• Attend court hearings and procedural meetings to advocate for client interests and facilitate legal proceedings.
• Conduct and manage the deposition process, including preparing witnesses and handling complex testimonies.
• Analyze large collections of complex documents to identify legal strategies and case insights.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management and documentation.
• Participate actively in the negotiation and resolution of disputes, working towards favorable outcomes for clients.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Must possess between 3 to 6 years of substantial law firm experience in litigation.
• Proven track record of attending court hearings, managing depositions, and handling complex legal documents.
• Exceptional organizational and detailed-oriented skills are essential.
• Superior academic record from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills, capable of crafting compelling legal arguments.
• New Jersey Bar admission is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other related complex product liability litigation.
• Background in consumer class action lawsuits is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of diverse, inclusive teams.
• Skills in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrative commitment to ethical legal practice and professional growth.
