We’re looking for a bilingual hospitality leader who’s ready to take the reins of a high-profile, multi-brand hotel complex in Orlando. As the Complex General Manager overseeing four dynamic properties—including Home2 Suites, Homewood Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Residence Inn—you’ll bring energy, visibility, and accountability to every corner of the campus.

This is not your average GM role. We’re seeking someone who’s part operator, part motivator, and all-in when it comes to people, performance, and profit.


What You’ll Do:

🌟 Lead with Energy & Visibility

  • Be a daily presence across all four hotels—greeting guests, coaching teams, inspecting operations.

  • Champion each brand’s standards and bring their personalities to life.

  • Build team pride through active communication, recognition, and follow-through.

📈 Drive Revenue, Sales & Profitability

  • Collaborate on weekly revenue strategy and optimize ADR/occupancy.

  • Partner with sales leaders to grow group and transient business.

  • Monitor top-line performance and adjust strategies in real-time.

🥞 Elevate F&B Execution

  • Oversee breakfast and bar operations, promotions, and quality.

  • Analyze profitability and increase capture rates through innovation and leadership.

  • Be present during peak meal times to ensure a memorable guest experience.

💸 Own Financial Performance

  • Lead labor planning, forecast reviews, and cost control across all departments.

  • Track expenses and drive efficiency in all areas of operation.

  • Protect assets and ensure long-term performance of each hotel.

👥 Build Culture & Develop Talent

  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with department heads focused on results and growth.

  • Mentor leaders and associates, fostering engagement and accountability.

  • Promote a culture of communication, inclusion, and excellence.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hotel GM experience, ideally in a multi-property or complex role

  • Hands-on, guest-facing leadership style with a strong presence
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – preferred

  • Expertise in Hilton and/or Marriott operations, systems, and brand standards

  • Proven track record in guest service, labor management, and top-line performance
