We are actively seeking a skilled Complex Director of Sales to lead two stunning properties in Philadelphia, PA. With over 300 rooms and diverse amenities, including a restaurant, lounge, pool, and fitness center, this opportunity offers a dynamic environment for an experienced professional. Our ideal candidate will be interested in maintaining existing accounts and focusing on relationship building and team mentorship. Additionally, this company operates nearly 20 properties and offers significant room for advancement.

Compensation Package: $100,000-$130,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health, Dental, and vision plans, 401k with match, a great PTO plan, and more!

Relocation assistance will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • DOS experience a plus
  • Strong community involvement
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Enjoys business development
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and associates
  • Demonstrate deep market knowledge, including brand positioning, booking trends, and local events
  • Manage group inquiries efficiently, aligning responses with hotel strategy
  • Oversee Corporate/BT market segments, nurturing existing relationships and developing new accounts to meet revenue targets
