We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation Manager to lead the design and administration of competitive compensation programs for our client, a rapidly growing organization.

- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to evaluate job roles and recommend pay adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees on compensation programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management or analysis.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation software.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
