Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compensation Manager to lead the design and administration of competitive compensation programs for our client, a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage compensation policies, salary structures, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to evaluate job roles and recommend pay adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees on compensation programs.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation management or analysis.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and compensation software.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
