Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for a South Florida based client. This is a direct hire position that works off a hybrid onsite schedule.

Responsible for the administration of compensation, incentive, and pension processes in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines. Performs job analysis in accordance with compensation program guidelines and maintains job description database. Prepares reports for management and employment statistics for compensation and pension. Responds to personnel inquiries and assists internal and external customers with pension issues.

Experience/Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field-HRIS Analyst, Comp + Ben administration
  • Three years of general human resources or related experience with a minimum of one year in benefit administration or employment.
  • Experience with Peoplesoft is required, with the ability to pull queries preferred.
  • Basic Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Serves as liaison between company and contracted plan recordkeepers, executives, providers, and auditors.
  • Performs semi-annual discrimination testing as required. Analyzes employee data and oversees system processing for all pension and compensation table transactions on the Human Resources Information System.
  • Maintains system documentation and ensures integrity of data.(Peoplesoft)
  • Performs analysis to evaluate skills, knowledge, and job requirements.
  • Prepares and maintains all job descriptions, job evaluation and salary pay structures.
  • Assists in development of new compensation structures and the administration of our incentive program. Compiles information for internal compensation and benefits survey.
  • Performs weekly benefits processing according to payroll schedule; identifies and resolves issues and problems. Assisting with accounting questions on incentive plans and participants.
  • Administers the company variable compensation program, including developing plan tables, performing incentive calculations and audit incentive calculations.
  • Assists with development and maintenance of benefits program administrative manuals, records, and Human Resources benefit database, and other documents necessary for implementing benefit programs in compliance with ERISA laws and Company policy.
  • Keeps abreast of new and emerging compensation and benefit trends, creative solutions, and legislative changes.
