Community Outreach Manager
Full-time - Phoenix, AZ
Compensation:
$70,000 to $75,000 (DOE)

Job Summary:

A healthcare facility is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing outreach programs, managing the daily operations of the outreach team with a primary focus on disease prevention, and leading and mentoring a team of Navigators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Work, Community Health, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in community outreach, public health programs, or social services, with a focus on Disease prevention.
  • At least 1 year of previous managerial or supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Disease prevention and healthcare services for underserved communities.
  • Valid Community Health Certifications for HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI Navigation.
