We are seeking an experienced professional Community Association Manager for a beautiful HOA near Stowe, VT. This position will oversee the on-site maintenance team, manage vendor relationships, and all community and facility operations needs. This on-site role will be the dedicated leader, reporting to the HOA Board of Directors, and will provide guidance and direction for the betterment of the community. On-site housing is available, along with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary of $110,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience), health and dental insurance, on-site housing available, relocation assistance and more!

Community Association Manager Skills/Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years experience as an on-site property manager or community association manager
  • Background in developing property improvement plans
  • Skilled in building/ground maintenance needs
  • Excellence in vendor management/vendor agreements
  • High-level communication skills
