COMMERCIAL UNDERWRITER
Directly responsible for leading the closing of commercial real estate transactions. Serve as the facilitator of all parties and processes during the closing process.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance and prioritize many tasks.
• Strong ability to communicate efficiently and effectively while problem-solving.
• Consistently deliver trustworthy service for customers and colleagues.
• Experience in the commercial escrow and underwriting processes is preferred but not required.
Competitive compensation with earning growth potential, adjustments for experience, and performance bonuses.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Licensed title agent, or willingness to obtain that license within 6 months.
