Commercial Underwriter-

• Produce ALTA title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements.
• Underwrite title insurance transactions, with a focus on insuring commercial real property
• Ability to review ALTA/ACSM surveys
• Disbursement of funds in commercial transactions based on the direction of the attorney client
• Market to attorney clients who practice commercial real estate

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with the State Bar; or licensed title agent through the State Department of Insurance; or have successfully passed the State Title Agent Licensing Exam
• 3-5 years experience preferred
