Who They Are
Our client is a 30-year-old window manufacturer that is looking to jump into the top 20 companies in the window industry in the next few years. They are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative in Downtown Chicago to call directly on glazing contractors, glass companies, general contractors, and developers.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage relationships with glazing contractors, glass fabricators, and subcontractors
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the local construction market
  • Conduct product presentations and lunch-and-learns to architects, specifiers, and developers
  • Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project scopes
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial window sales
  • Experience working with or selling to glazing contractors, GCs, and developers
  • Experience with CRM systems and project-tracking tools
  • Strong network of contacts in commercial construction a plus
