Commercial Sales Manager (9837)

Who They Are
We have been retained by the largest door manufacturer in their space to join one of their fastest growing divisions as a Commercial Sales Manager. The region has over $26M in business and is looking to double in the next 18 months. Ideally, they are looking for someone with rolling steel or self-storage experience to call on national GCs, owners and developers, and large end-users (U-Haul and other storage brands).

What You'll Do
  • Identify, prospect, and negotiate self-storage new construction projects
  • Establish and maintain business relations with developers/investors, general contractors and end users
  • Analyze competitor activities in relationship to product, pricing, promotions, and new products
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of national sales experience in construction or building products
  • 7+ years of experience selling an engineered product
  • Sales management experience with proven track record to grow sales on a national level
